PleasureLand RV Center in Shakopee, MN, is seeking a full-time Orientation Specialist to bridge sales and service, ensuring customers learn how their new RV works and enjoy a fun, educational buying experience. Qualifications

• Be a people-person who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Be patient with beginners and empathic toward learners.
• Be knowledgeable in RV systems, equipment, and general operation; we will train the right applicant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers understand how to properly use and maintain their camper so they feel safe and confident when they take it out on their own.
• Recommend products that will enhance customers’ camping experiences.
• Intro to parts and service followed by commissioned parts sales.
• Build a professional relationship with customers based on honesty, integrity, and product knowledge.
