Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) for our growing team. You will provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers, and maintain a safe, clean work area on site in Massachusetts.

The role requires trade certification and experience; you must furnish own tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance. Full-time with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field helps.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
