Job summary

Camping World in Fountain, CO is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team. The role focuses on advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance tasks.

You will document tests, perform repairs, manage parts, and ensure quality and safety. Certification or relevant experience is valued; RVIA certs are helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance) is helpful.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
