Job summary

Campers Inn RV of Prescott Inc in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a Location Administrator & Title Clerk to provide essential administrative support and manage title registrations for new and used RVs. The role partners with corporate offices to ensure policy compliance and smooth daily operations.

The candidate will handle title work, payroll coordination, license processing, and regular accounting reports while maintaining accurate records and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• License & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and good driving record are required.
• Experience: Minimum one year’s experience as an administrative assistant and Title work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process title registration for all used and new RV purchases.
• Prepare tax and title documents for RV units sold.
• Submit all required paperwork to the DMV within the state’s deadline.
• Verify funds and ensure lien payoff before processing title applications.
• Maintain and track all outstanding title work and licenses plates.
• Assist finance department as needed.
