Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Parts Associate to deliver world class customer service by helping customers and ensuring parts and accessories are in stock. This role supports technicians and sales staff while maintaining accuracy in inventory.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to learn company systems. You will handle daily cycle counts, process incoming parts, and assist customers with knowledge and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive or RV service preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases.
• Willingness to learn Motility Systems2K and other software.
• Physically able to lift 20 pounds and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
• Dispatch incoming parts to technicians and service staff.
• Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory.
• Receive incoming parts and assist with accessories.
