Campers Inn RV of Prescott Inc in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking a Location Administrator & Title Clerk to provide administrative support and handle title/registration paperwork for new and used RVs.

The role collaborates with store and corporate HR, maintains licenses, processes DMV filings, and assists finance while ensuring accurate lien payoff and timely document submission. This full-time position offers growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Minimum one year of administrative assistant experience and one year in title work.
• Ability to manage documents, schedule, and office operations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process title registration paperwork for all RV purchases.
• Prepare tax and title documents for RV units sold.
• Submit paperwork to the DMV within allowed timeframes.
• Verify payoff information and ensure correct lien payment.
• Assist the finance department as needed.
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and notices.
