NTP Stag, a Keystone Automotive division, seeks an Inside Sales Representative for RV Specialty in Elkhart, IN. You will provide a world-class sales experience to current and potential customers, using your outstanding customer service skills and RV product knowledge.

Responsibilities include outbound calls to promote products, maintaining CRM accuracy, analyzing customer data for growth, and handling quotes and orders. Travel up to 10% for visits/tradeshows; hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years call center experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer visits or trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Outbound phone sales to established customer base promoting products and services.

Inside Sales Representative – RV Specialty

Hiring for NTP Stag, a division of Keystone Automotive Operations Inc. Location: Elkhart, IN.

Role Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative – RV Specialty at NTP Stag, you will provide customers (current and potential) with a world-class sales experience utilizing your outstanding customer service skills and knowledge of our RV product offerings and business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound phone sales calls to established customer base promoting sales of new and existing products & services.
• Daily maintenance of CRM database to ensure all customer/account information is accurate and current.
• Analysis of individual customer base to determine causes for customer growth and/or decline.
• Continuously augmenting your product and industry knowledge through company and supplier training and self-directed learning.
• Provide front-line incoming phone queue support, including technical support.
• Proper entry of quotes and orders.
• Initial point of contact for all customer service-related issues/concerns.
• Build long-lasting business relationships with the customer base.
• Maintain daily phone metric standards established by the management team.
• Initiates and supports the continual improvement of LKQ and Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. quality improvement system.

Required Qualifications

• Strong phone skills with 2+ years previous call center experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate concisely with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to thrive in a group/team environment.
• Able to travel, up to 10%, for customer visits or trade shows.
• Strong work ethic.
• Dependable and punctual.

Preferred Skills

• RV industry experience.
• Prior sales or account management experience.
• Some college coursework/degree.
• Experience in training / educating people (Example: Teaching your customer how to use online/system features).
