Blue Compass RV is seeking an experienced RV General Manager to oversee day-to-day dealership operations across sales, service and parts. You will lead department managers, set performance goals, and implement strategies to boost sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within RV or automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of RV products, sales and service
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and financial goals
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Proficient in dealership management software and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers (sales, service, finance, parts)
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Set and monitor performance goals aligned with dealership objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
