Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in the RV service department. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, and a strong passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance problems.

We offer opportunities to get certified if not already certified, with a focus on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or maintenance skills are valued.
• Experience with RV systems is a plus.
• Ability to document repairs and diagnose mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic testing and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance as needed.
• Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of progress and ensure final work meets quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.
