Blue Compass RV Austin is seeking an RV Sales Delivery Guide to create memorable and educational delivery experiences for customers. You will walk customers through their new RV, demonstrate features, and ensure a confident, enjoyable handover.

Role emphasizes customer service, informational guidance, and a friendly, non-sales approach. Prior RV experience is a plus, with a focus on safety and clarity during demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat personality and strong communication skills.
• Passion for helping people learn and explore.
• Customer service or hospitality background preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Prep Manager and Sales Team to ensure each RV is ready and spotless before delivery.
• Greeting customers on delivery day and walking them through their RV inside and out showing them how everything works.
• Provide hands-on demos of RV features like slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, tanks, and hookups.
• Assist customers in our Parts Store by recommending must-have accessories for their journey.
• Coordinate the installation of accessories with the Prep or Service team.
• Make the process fun, relaxed, and non-intimidating — this is an exciting moment for our customers!
• Document any concerns or service needs and report them immediately.
• Ensure all required paperwork, tags, and instructional materials are included and explained.
• Help with light staging of the RV or dealership lot as needed.
