Qualifications

• RV experience or ownership is a big plus.
• Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication skills.
• Customer service or hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk customers through the RV inside and out on delivery day.
• Demonstrate RV features during onboarding.
• Assist customers in selecting accessories at the Parts Store.
• Coordinate accessory installations with Prep or Service teams.
• Ensure paperwork, tags, and instructional materials are explained.
• Provide a fun, relaxed delivery experience.
• Document concerns and follow up after delivery.
