Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking an RV Sales Delivery Guide in Texas to deliver brand-new units with confidence and excitement. This is a customer-facing role that blends technical know-how with outstanding service, ensuring a memorable delivery experience for every customer.

You will work with the Prep Manager and Sales Team to prep units, greet customers, and walk them through all features and operations, creating a smooth, enjoyable onboarding moment for new owners.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat personality and strong communication skills.
• Customer service or hospitality background preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information in a simple and fun way.

Responsibilities

• Walk customers through the RV, inside and out, showing features and how they work.
• Provide hands-on demos of RV features like slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, tanks, and hookups.
• Assist customers in the Parts Store by recommending must-have accessories.
• Coordinate installation of accessories with Prep or Service teams.
• Document concerns or service needs and report them promptly.
• Ensure all paperwork, tags, and instructional materials are explained and included.
• Help with light staging of the RV or dealership lot.
