Camping World in Coburg, OR seeks a Delivery Coordinator to bridge Sales and Service for new and used RV deliveries. You will guide customers through the delivery, conduct demonstrations, coordinate work orders, and ensure a smooth pickup experience.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings with a typical range of $40,000–$65,000+ annually, plus benefits for full-time staff. You’ll collaborate with Sales, F&I, and Service teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient computer and multitasking skills.
• Strong independent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Excellent customer relations and clerical accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Guide new owners through delivery while promoting accessories and supplies.
• Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery and demonstrate RV features.
• Create and manage all delivery work orders and track billing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and F&I to avoid delays.
• Follow up with guests within 24 hours to confirm satisfaction.
• Attend daily meetings to provide delivery updates on sold units.
