Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to bridge Sales and Service and guide RV deliveries from purchase through handover. You will lead customers through the delivery, show features, perform the final quality check, and introduce guests to the Service Advisor for first service scheduling.

In this full-time role you will manage all work orders, coordinate trade-ins, track status, attend updates, and ensure timely communication on delays. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), Good Sam, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient computer and multitasking skills.
• Strong independent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the delivery process and promote accessories.
• Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery and demonstrate RV features.
• Create and manage all work orders for preparation and delivery.
• Attend daily delivery status meetings and communicate delays to Sales.
• Oversee lot preparation and trade-ins, including QC on completion.
• Confirm delivery date/time with Sales and review sale inclusions.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and other duties as assigned.
