Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. in Hatfield, MA is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to serve as the key link between Sales and Service, ensuring a seamless preparation and delivery process for all RVs.

You will guide new owners through delivery, conduct showroom demonstrations, manage work orders, coordinate with the Service Advisor team, and schedule first service visits. This role emphasizes customer experience, accurate documentation, and proactive communication to confirm delivery times and

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities
• Proficient computer and multitasking skills
• Strong independent problem-solving ability
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Excellent customer relations and clerical accuracy
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide new owners through delivery process and promote accessories
• Ensure a thorough RV demonstration for new owners
• Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery
• Introduce guests to Service Advisor team and schedule first service
• Follow up with guests within 24 hours of delivery to confirm satisfaction
• Create and manage all work orders for preparation and delivery
• Track work orders through completion and final billing
• Attend daily meeting to provide delivery updates
• Communicate proactively with Sales and F&I Managers about delays
• Monitor shop workload to coordinate spot deliveries
