Camper’s Inn RV is seeking an RV Buyer and Consignment Salesperson in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on sourcing high-quality RVs, managing consignment agreements, and maximizing inventory turnover.

Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to price and promote RVs effectively while achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business/marketing preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or automotive.
• Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential RV purchases and consignment opportunities to expand inventory.
• Negotiate purchase prices and consignment terms with sellers for favorable agreements.
• Conduct market research on pricing trends and customer demands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the buying/selling process.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics.
