Job summary

Nirvc is seeking an RV Consignment Specialist to manage the consignment sales process for recreational vehicles. You will develop relationships, appraise RVs, create listings with photos and pricing, and negotiate sales to meet targets.

The role requires 2+ years in sales with RV knowledge, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. On-site dealership environment with weekend availability and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience; RV industry preferred.
• Knowledge of RV features, specs, and market trends.
• Strong communication and rapport-building; negotiation skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Proficient with sales tools and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with RV consignment customers.
• Conduct appraisals and create/ manage listings with photos and pricing.
• Market RVs via online marketplaces and showroom channels.
• Respond to inquiries and discuss pricing/ financing options.
• Negotiate and close RV sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of consignments, sales, and interactions.
• Collaborate with sales team and other departments.
• Stay updated on RV industry trends and competitors.
