Straub Automotive is hiring a Rustproofing & Coatings Technician to apply rustproofing, ceramic coating, and bedliner products to vehicles. Great entry-level opportunity with paid training provided.

You will prep, detail, and maintain a clean work area while following exact product specifications. This role offers hands-on shop experience in a family‑owned dealership setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable and able to follow detailed application procedures.
• Comfortable working in a shop/garage environment.
• Precise.

Responsibilities

• Apply rustproofing to vehicles using Steel Shield products.
• Apply ceramic coating with Cila‑Jet protection.
• Apply bedliner coating with Scorpion spray‑on bedliner.
• Prep vehicles: clean, mask, and stage before each application.
• Detail vehicles and maintain a clean, organized work area following manufacturer specifications.
