Job summary

Massive is seeking a Rust Database Engineer to help build the foundational platform for real-time and historic market data, accessed via SQL and RESTful APIs. You will shape the engine's architecture and collaborate with a small elite team to deliver scalable, high-performance systems.

• Collaborate closely with a small team of highly talented individuals to build and continuously improve our technology stack.
• Conduct thorough performance analysis, profiling, and benchmarking to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of code quality and software design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Rust and database technologies to leverage new techniques for system improvements.
