Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with warmth and hospitality in a busy branch, delivering attentive service and using the latest banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships and help clients achieve financial goals by sharing product knowledge and guiding them through transactions.

In this role you will greet clients, open accounts, assist with daily banking needs, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, enterprise-quality experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking in both English and Russian is required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to engage clients.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations such as cash devices while adhering to policies and procedures.
