Qualifications

• Client service experience or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Russian required.
• Ability to greet clients and build relationships with hospitality and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment in the branch.
• Assist with account servicing and opening new accounts while adhering to policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships and collaborate with the team to meet clients' financial goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling per bank procedures.
