Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Reading and speaking English and Russian is required.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital solutions through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
Perform branch operations and manage cash devices while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
