Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership across Odessa and surrounding counties. The role emphasizes face-to-face relationships and regional travel.

Two base salary options exist — $35,000 or $45,000 — with on-target earnings from $75,785.28 up to $180,000, plus a car allowance and uncapped commission. Candidate must reside within 75 miles of Odessa, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel regionally and live within 75 miles of Odessa, TX.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~90% of time in the field in the local markets, engaging with businesses and individuals to educate on AMCN membership.
• Develop leads via door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events and partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close using a consultative approach.
• Represent AMCN at community events to build long-term relationships and grow brand credibility.
