Rural Metro Fire Department in Greenville, MS seeks a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to grow AirMedCare Network memberships through in-person outreach in the Greenville market. This hybrid role requires 90% field activity and 10% remote work, with a base salary option of $35,000 or $45,000 plus car allowance and uncapped commissions.

The role focuses on developing a strong sales pipeline via local engagement, referrals, events, and partnerships to meet territory goals and team

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Sales experience: 3 years B2C or B2B field sales; cold calling is a plus.
• Industry knowledge: healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive local impact with 90% field time across Greenville market.
• Develop relationships via door-to-door outreach, referrals, local events, and partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach.
• Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner at community events and with civic groups.
