Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Psychiatrist to join a growing rural eastern Oregon hospital. You will contribute to behavioral health expansion, work within a Level IV Trauma Center, and collaborate with primary care and specialists to deliver comprehensive care.

Relocation assistance is provided. The position is permanent, full-time, four 10-hour days, day shift, in La Grande, OR. Compensation ranges up to $385k+ per year with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry.
• Strong commitment to high-quality, community-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care for diverse rural patients.
• Oversee pharmacological treatments and monitor progress for efficacy and safety.
• Partner with Primary Care and Behavioral Health teams to provide whole-patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to clinical protocols and staff training.
• Utilize Epic EMR for charting and documentation.
