Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Psychiatrist for a permanent, full-time role in La Grande, OR. Relocation assistance is provided and the position features four 10-hour days with a day shift in a rural Eastern Oregon setting.

You will join a growing healthcare team at a Critical Access Hospital/Level IV Trauma Center, overseeing psychiatric care, collaborating with PCPs and behavioral health specialists, and using Epic EMR for charting and coordination of care.

Formación

• MD and board eligibility/board certification in general psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license.
• Strong commitment to high-quality, community-focused care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments and follow-up for diverse rural patients.
• Oversee pharmacologic treatments and monitor progress for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams for holistic care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic mental health conditions.
• Serve as SME for the behavioral health team and contribute to protocols.
• Use Epic EMR for charting and documentation.
• Provide consultation for acute patient stabilization in Level IV trauma center.
• Engage in community efforts to reduce stigma and improve access to care.
