Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry.
• Commitment to high-quality care in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care for a diverse rural patient population.
• Oversee pharmacological treatments and monitor progress for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with Primary Care and Behavioral Health teams to provide whole-patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic mental health conditions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the behavioral health team and contribute to protocols.
• Utilize Epic EMR for charting and care coordination.
