Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Psychiatrist to join a growing Critical Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma Center in rural Eastern Oregon. You will provide autonomous clinical leadership, grow behavioral health, and collaborate with primary care teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with four 10-hour days, relocation assistance, and a competitive compensation package up to $385k+ per year plus incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency in Psychiatry
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry
• Strong dedication to high-quality, community-oriented care

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care for diverse rural patients.
• Oversee pharmacological treatments and monitor progress for efficacy and safety.
• Collaborate with Primary Care and Behavioral Health teams to provide holistic care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic mental health conditions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to clinical protocol development.
• Utilize Epic EMR for timely and accurate charting.
• Provide psychiatric consultation in the Level IV Trauma Center for acute stabilization.
• Engage in community initiatives to reduce stigma and increase access to care.
