Job summary

InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible Physical Therapist or PTA to join our team at Harlan County Health System in Alma, NE. This full-time or part-time role focuses on patient-centered rehabilitation in a collaborative rural setting.

New graduates welcome; salary based on experience, with a monthly incentive plan and a generous CEU allowance. Comprehensive benefits support clinicians and their professional growth within our Midwest network.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's or DPT from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
