Job summary

InReach Rehab/ Gordon Memorial Hospital in Gordon, NE seeks a flexible Physical Therapist (or PTA) for full-time or part-time roles. The position focuses on patient-centered care in a rural hospital setting, with mentorship and professional development within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).
• Current Nebraska PT license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with varied conditions.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities as indicated.
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans timely and accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other staff for coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to team culture.
