InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible Physical Therapist (PT) or PTA to join Bayou Bend Health Center in Franklin, Louisiana. This part-time or full-time position focuses on high-quality, patient-centered rehab within a collaborative rural healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must have or be expected to obtain a DPT or Master's in Physical Therapy.
• Louisiana licensure or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide PT services to patients with diverse conditions.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Document progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safety.
• Maintain safe, clean therapy environment and collaborate with care team.
