Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Nebraska PT license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with diverse conditions.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Perform interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor responses to therapy and adapt plans to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and support team culture.
