Pharmacy1st Health is building the clinical infrastructure for rural America by transforming independent pharmacies into integrated care delivery hubs. We are seeking a PRN Pharmacist to lead with clinical excellence and serve rural communities.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, manage daily operations, provide patient counseling and medication management, and support immunizations and clinical programs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the state's Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory and workflow.
• Provide patient care through accurate dispensing, counseling, and medication management.
• Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Support business growth through management of pharmacy services including immunizations and clinical programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and in line with company goals.
