Arapahoe Libraries’ Davies Library in Deer Trail seeks a Reference Librarian to connect people with ideas, resources, and one another.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in library and information science or a plan to earn MLIS within six months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree holder with strong customer service experience.
• Experience serving diverse patrons and coordinating with schools and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead programs that engage youth and communities.
• Support after-school and intergenerational programming and partnerships with schools.
• Welcome patrons, assist with research, technology, and materials selection.
• Mentor staff, open/close the branch, and support scheduling.
