KingRecruitingServices is seeking a highly skilled Otolaryngologist to join a growing Critical Access Hospital in rural Eastern Oregon. This permanent, full-time position offers four 10-hour days, day shift, and relocation assistance.

Offering a competitive base salary of $700K–$750K+ per year, plus a $50K commencement bonus, $8,000 CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits, the role emphasizes autonomy and collaboration with a supportive medical team.

Formación

• MD degree is required.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive head and neck examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat ears, nose, sinuses, and throat conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Utilize endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders; consider implants when appropriate.
• Treat cancers of the head and neck with multidisciplinary care.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated care.
• Maintain EMR documentation for diverse rural patient population.
