Accounting Search is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) in La Grande, Oregon, offering relocation assistance and a large annual compensation. The practice emphasizes autonomy within a supportive team at a rural Critical Access Hospital, with state-of-the-art equipment and a work-life balanced schedule.

The role includes performing comprehensive ENT evaluations, surgeries, and multidisciplinary collaboration, with an emphasis on community health and patient-centered care in a rural setting.

Formación

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Current, unencumbered Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
• Strong skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a community-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions of the ears, nose, sinuses, and throat
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies
• Utilize specialized equipment like endoscopes to visualize the nasal passages and larynx
• Manage hearing and balance disorders through medical intervention or surgical implants
• Treat cancers of the head and neck, including the salivary glands and vocal cords
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated patient care
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation for a diverse patient population in a rural setting
