Job summary

Medasource seeks a Rural Oral Health Program Coordinator to oversee a stigma reduction pilot across three rural Kentucky counties. The hybrid role is based in Frankfort with occasional travel, supporting partners, providers, and Local Health Departments to improve access to care.

The role requires a licensed dental hygienist with at least 6 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate activities, data, and reports within a federally funded program.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist in good standing with at least 6 years of experience providing oral health services.
• Experience working with rural, underserved, or high‑risk populations and communities with barriers to oral healthcare access.
• Knowledge of oral health, patient-centered care, and stigma reduction strategies.
• Experience with community outreach, oral health education, provider collaboration, or public health programming.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the oral health stigma reduction pilot across three rural Kentucky counties.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, oral health providers, Local Health Departments, and stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of stigma reduction strategies and provider curriculum.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and engagement across counties.
• Coordinate data collection and management, maintaining data quality and documentation.
• Prepare and submit quarterly grant reports and weekly project updates.
