Eightelevengroup is seeking a Rural Oral Health Program Coordinator based in Frankfort, KY. This hybrid, 9-month contract role involves coordinating a stigma-reduction pilot across three rural counties, managing data, and engaging with community partners and Local Health Departments to improve access to oral health services.

Ideal candidates are licensed dental hygienists with 6+ years in oral health, experience with underserved populations, and strong project coordination and communication

Qualificações

• Licensed dental hygienist in good standing with at least 6 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with rural or underserved populations and public health settings.
• Knowledge of patient-centered care and stigma reduction strategies.
• Experience in community outreach, education, or public health programming.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate implementation of the oral health stigma reduction pilot across three rural Kentucky counties.
• Build relationships with community partners, Local Health Departments, and stakeholders.
• Support development and implementation of provider curriculum and stigma-reduction activities.
• Monitor progress, manage data collection, and prepare reports and updates.
• Facilitate meetings, trainings, and community engagement activities; travel as needed.
