Job summary

Clipboard is hiring an Account Executive for Rural Markets. You will expand Clipboard’s presence across rural communities in the United States, identifying opportunities, partnering with Long-Term Care facilities, and driving platform adoption.

The role blends remote outreach with on-site visits about one week per month to regional communities. You’ll manage a growing pipeline, work with facility leaders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, staffing, hospitality, or another relationship-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately one week per month, including overnight trips to rural communities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to meet transportation requirements for regional facility visits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new Long-Term Care facility partners through inside sales and in-person relationship building.
• Travel about one week per month to rural communities for facility visits and market development.
• Build relationships with facility administrators, clinical leaders, operators, and other decision-makers.
• Develop travel plans to maximize visits and pipeline growth in your region.
• Own your territory and consistently deliver against new-business revenue goals.
