Job summary

Clipboard is seeking an Account Executive for Rural Markets to expand our presence across rural U.S. markets. You will prospect, close, and onboard Long-Term Care facility partners, traveling about one week per month to communities for in-person visits and market development.

You’ll build relationships with facility leaders and administrators, drive new demand, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new Long-Term Care facility partners through a mix of inside sales and in-person relationship building.
• Travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for facility visits, customer meetings, and market development.
• Build relationships with facility administrators, clinical leaders, operators, and other key decision-makers.
• Create new demand in markets where Clipboard may have limited brand awareness or an early-stage presence.
• Develop travel plans to maximize facility visits within each region.
• Attend Clipboard-hosted events and industry functions.
• Understand the Long-Term Care landscape and customers’ operational challenges.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and adoption of the platform.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data.
• Own your territory and deliver against revenue goals.
