Job summary

Ohio University in Athens, OH is seeking a Rural Justice Pathway Program Coordinator to support transportation coordination, school assignments, and partner recruitment. This role requires collaboration with admissions, mentors, and co-directors to deliver development programs and timely evaluations.

The position emphasizes office-based work with travel to high schools and partner sites, occasional evenings, and a focus on program administration and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and less than 3 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: M.A. in relevant social sciences or other field, and/or experience in program administration or evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and assign high schools to Fellows.
• Coordinate with Admissions about recruiting HS students.
• Ensure Fellows take their professional development (Internships; Pre-Law Mentorship; Law Clinics; LSAT Preparation).
• Assign mentors and internships with feedback from Co-directors as needed.
• Support program evaluation and ensure timely reports; maintain the overall workplan and schedule meetings.
