Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with health care delivery, program development and management preferred.
• Experience working in or with rural or Appalachian communities preferred.
• Willingness to travel within and outside of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between ARCH and local communities to advance community-centered health initiatives.
• Foster co-creation and partnership-building connecting OSU's resources with community needs.
• Facilitate collaboration and maintain open, transparent communication.
• Adapt to evolving local needs and be action-oriented in health promotion and workforce development.

Education
