Job summary

Apex Systems in Providence, RI is seeking a RHTP Workforce Program Analyst to support Rhode Island's Rural Health Transformation Program. You will handle program operations, grant administration, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement under senior program leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of project and program administration, including federal grant requirements, project tracking, documentation, reporting, and compliance.
• Familiarity with State of Rhode Island administrative, procurement, contracting, and grant-management processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Rhode Island healthcare, workforce, education, and public-sector landscape is helpful.
• Ability to research, organize, analyze, and clearly present information; manage multiple assignments and deadlines; maintain accurate program records.
• Strong writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with state agencies, healthcare providers, educational institutions, employers, community organizations, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical, administrative, and programmatic assignments related to workforce initiatives within Rhode Island’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
• Support project operations, grant and contract administration, research, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with the Rural Health Workforce Transformation Coordinator and senior program leadership; ensure compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Develop program materials, guidance, reports, and other written products; assist with partner coordination and meeting preparation.
• Engage with employers, educational institutions, healthcare providers, state agencies, and other workforce partners.
