White River Health is seeking a Rural Health Transformation Program Project Manager in Batesville, AR. You will lead day-to-day execution across WRH awards, coordinating with the Quality and Safety Office, and external partners to meet scope, schedule, budget and reporting requirements.

You will manage multiple awards, ensure compliance with grant terms and Uniform Guidance, and provide dashboards and documentation for audits and leadership. Travel to WRH facilities and partner sites is required.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, nursing or a related field.

• Plan and maintain project plans with milestones and owners.
• Coordinate across WRH hospitals, clinics, and partners.
• Ensure grant terms, budgets and reporting are followed.
