Job summary

The University of Louisville is seeking a Manager for Rural Health Transformation to oversee the day-to-day operations of the RHTP portfolio within the School of Medicine. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable work plans and ensure multi-year initiatives stay on track.

You will supervise a team, coordinate across departments, and ensure compliance with sponsor requirements while delivering scalable rural health improvements across Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, healthcare management, public policy, business administration, or a related field.
• Six years of leadership experience in health systems administration, public health program management, or statewide health initiatives.
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day implementation and operational coordination of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
• Coordinate activities, meetings, and milestones across leadership and units.
• Manage grant budgets, tracking, and program reporting to stakeholders.
