The University of Louisville is seeking a Rural Health Transformation Manager to oversee the RHTP portfolio within the School of Medicine. You will translate strategy into actionable programs, manage complex multi-year initiatives, and coordinate with investigators, units, and external partners to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and supervising a team providing operational support for RHTP activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, healthcare management, public policy, business administration, or a related field.
• Six (6) years of leadership experience in health systems administration, public health program management, or statewide health initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day implementation and operational coordination of RHTP-funded programs.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans, programming, deliverables, and milestones.
• Plan and coordinate program activities, stakeholder meetings, convenings, and other initiatives.
• Oversee a large portfolio of grant initiatives across five RHTP pillars/programs.
• Develop dashboards, status reports, and other management tools to support portfolio visibility.
