Job summary

St. Mary's County Health Department seeks a full-time Program Administrator II to oversee the Rural Health Transformation Program. The role manages operations across regional health transformation, care coordination, and digital health strategy, while coordinating with community partnerships.

The manager will direct RHTP-funded staff, monitor deliverables, track performance, and act as the primary liaison with grant partners and funding agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health- or public health-related field is required.
• Six years of professional experience in health services.
• Three years in clinical or administrative health services (excluding Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, or Addictions).
• Three years at managerial or supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) at St. Mary's County Health Department.
• Manage operations including regional healthcare transformation, care coordination, digital health strategies, and community partnerships.
• Direct RHTP-funded staff and ensure implementation of deliverables.
• Monitor performance and serve as primary liaison with grant partners and funding agencies.
