Louisiana Rural Health Association (LRHA) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee HRSA grant programs and subawards, reporting to the Executive Director. You will manage grant deliverables, monitor expenditures, and build collaborative relationships with grant partners across LRHA and DRIH members.

Responsibilities include training and technical assistance, data tracking via HIT platforms, and preparing HRSA reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Understanding of federal funding environments is required.
• Experience with HRSA grants is strongly preferred.
• Experience with rural health care settings is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage a LRHA HRSA grant program and subawards/contracts.
• Monitor spending to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.
• Submit timely HRSA reports under direction of the Executive Director.
• Develop and maintain relationships with grant partners.
• Coordinate DRIH program activities, training, and technical assistance.
• Track participant outcomes and quality measures using HIT platforms.
• Prepare grant documents and deliverables as directed.
• Collaborate with DRIH members and health center staff to define data needs.

Conhecimentos

5 years experience in grant management

Strong written and verbal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
