Job summary

The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the READY RURAL team. You will act as the operational lead for day-to-day implementation of a grant initiative, coordinating timelines, meetings, communications, documentation, partner engagement, budget tracking, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-relations skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and will help translate grant objectives into coordinated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in the requirements.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, grants, or complex initiatives.
• Experience managing timelines, meetings, communications, documentation, or reporting.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and detail-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data and trends, compiles progress reports, and provides recommendations.
• Initial point of contact for the project(s) and represents interests in meetings.
• Develops, schedules, coordinates, and prioritizes project work plans.
• Monitors budgets and budgets reporting; ensures alignment with expenditures.
• Develops and maintains standards and systems to support project teams.
