Sheridan Memorial is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for a rural health clinic. This working supervisor role combines direct patient care, staff leadership, quality improvement, and operational coordination to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services in a rural setting.

The ideal candidate holds Montana RN/LPN or CMA licensure, with BLS certification required. Leadership experience and familiarity with rural health facilities are preferred to support the Director of Clinical Operation.

Competenze

• Montana RN/LPN or CMA licensure is required or strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• BLS certification required; regulatory knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in a Rural Health Clinic or Critical Access Hospital is preferred.

• Support the Director of Clinical Operation in daily management of the Rural Health Clinic.
